Store Manager job description:

Responsible for maximising profitability. Leads, manages and organises the store according to

H&M values , standards, policies and procedures along with the area team.

Responsibilities:

Manages and ensures stock level and direct & indirect customer service in all service areas in.

order to maximize sales.

Manages and executes recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for sales advisors

and the store management team.

Ensures that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
