职位描述

*Function: Responsible for performing all day-to-day functions of 3PL customer services including, but not limited to, “purchase order management”, “vendor compliance”, and “milestone/event monitoring” with the purpose of delivering highest service quality, maintaining customer satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty.

Ø Communication with overseas offices

与海外办事处同事进行业务合作

Ø Communication with Chinese customers

联系中国客户,协调各项业务服务事宜, 确保所有操作符合公司的质量体系要求。以客户的角度,主动、及时、专业地处理所有相关的客服事宜

Ø Data entry in- and control of purchase-order and shipment-status information in “SCOuT” computer system

在电脑系统中输入维护采购、货运相关数据. 准确及时地在各种电脑系统中输入业务的相关信息。

Ø Billing in ProCarS/TANGO computer system, internally and externally

在公司电脑系统中对内对外开具发票

ØCreating cost accruals in ProCarS/TANGO computer system

在公司电脑系统中生成应计成本

ØCoordination and communication with international air-, ocean- and domestic land transport operations teams

与国际空运、海运、陆路运输操作人员进行协调沟通



*Education:

学历:

ØBachelor degree or above with major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.

本科及以上学历,物流,国际贸易或其他相关专业。

*Skills:

ØGood command of English, spoken and written

良好的英文口语和书面表达能力

Ø Typing skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)

良好的打字技能(一分钟至少30键)

ØTelephone skills

良好的电话沟通技巧

ØConflict resolution and emergency handling skills

良好地解决纠纷及紧急事件的能力

ØTechnical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferred)

良好的办公设备的应 用能力(电话和订舱系统)

ØCommunication skills – spoken and written

ØNegotiation and interpersonal skills

ØProficient in using PC software (MS Windows)

*Experience /Knowledge:

工作经验及相关知识:

ØExperience in a 3PL related capacity handling “P.O. Management” and “Vendor Compliance” in computer-based systems (preferred, not mandatory)

有从事订单管理以及供应商管理电脑系统工作者优先

ØExperience with quality management system such as ISO and COPC-2000 (preferred, not mandatory)
