Responsibilities:

1.Set up and develop strategies, policies, measures and process in field of quality and customer services, including quality control, quality assurance, improvement of suppliers' quality and the like.
2.Lead and organize the Q&C team to solve customer claim, support after-sales services team to solve customer claim.
3.Carry out Company's policy of QA.
4.Adopt preventative measures with engineering and sourcing dept. to develop reliable components suppliers, and ensure the continuous improvement of the suppliers.
5.Continuously improve the system of quality control to ensure the customer satisfactory.
6.Be responsible for the audit of product quality and suppliers' quality.
7.Ensure the product quality in accord with the specified standards and the state, also meet the contract requirements to satRequirements:

1. Postgraduate degree or above, at least 6 years of successful work experience on quality control in multinational companies.
2. Proficient in ISO quality control system and advanced quality control theories.
3. Strong people management skill and communication skill;
4. Strong problem-solving ability;
5. Good in English reading, writing, speaking and listening;
