Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above , majored in Marketing or Business Administration;
2. 3+years working experience in marketing or digital marketing which is a plus;
3. Good demand of English/Chinese speaking and writing;
4. Teamwork spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good sensitive perception to the market and business opportunities and data analysis ability;
6. Ability to self-motivate and learn quickly;
7. Be proficient in the PPT, Excel, Word software. Photoshop or other graphic design software skills will be additional advantages;
8. Ability to work independently and be good at planning with strong execution ability;
9. Positive work attitude with an eye for details;
10. Willing for the occasional travelling.

Job Description
1.Assist to develop digital marketing strategy for tesa Greater China, the online actives initiation and execution;
2.Responsible for Chinese website management, content development and activation;
3.Responsible for the online marketing campaigns evaluation and implementation, such as SEO/SEM, E-commerce, EDM, Online advertising within the legislation scope, synergizing with the offline activities and supporting for the business development;
4.Improve effectiveness of the web visitors online experience through content design and adaptation and development of messaging, quality control and harnessing new tools/applications for marketing innovation;
5.Measure effectiveness and efficiency of local digital marketing activities, and ensure compliance with all relevant internet standards and policies;
4. Market Intelligence collection and analysis , identifying the potential threats, opportunities and factors influencing the sales and strategy;
6. Administration or paper work support upon the demand from line manager.
