职位描述

Position Overview:
The purpose of the Sales Manager is to initiate and lead the selling activities of Company’s products in the designated region while managing distributors and their teams in order to fulfill the sales plan and achieve the goals of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To achieve region’s revenue and profitability target quotas for Company’s products as they are sold into diverse customers across channels within the region
- Responsible for the making of City Plans for the region (Channel plans & Customer plans) together with the Sales leadership at China Headquarters
- To appropriately manage distributors, channels and key accounts in his/her territory within the format of the City Plan
- Responsible for bringing in new distributors in line with the sales plans and objectives of the region
- Responsible for region’s forecasting, sales tracking, reporting and analysis of sales figures in a periodical manner (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- In charge of identify and evaluate market trends and gather competitive information that may impact current and future growth of regional sales and profitability and share it with the sales team
- Other special projects as assigned

Role Coverage, Responsibility and Decision Making Authority:
- The position will be responsible for 5-10 cities in the assigned region
- The region scope will be South China
Management / Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading distributors within his/her sales territory, inclusive of performance management, coaching, mentoring, training and development.

Qualification/ Competencies/ Position Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record in sales roles; Supervisory or management experience of a team
- Extensive contact network in the region; experience managing distributors, specialty channels and Modern Trade key accounts is a must
- Great numerical and negotiation abilities. Extremely commercially oriented
- Proven oral, written, telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in start-up companies is a plus
- Organized, street-smart, independent, proactive, problem- solver and energetic personality will be chosen

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in FMCG category, preferable in dairy, juice & beverages or non-fresh products
- Bachelor degree
- Chinese native, English is a plus

Working Hours and Traveling Requirements:
- Ability to travel as required by the role (up to 80% of the time)

Compensation Level
- Basic salary + attractive commissions
