职位描述
1. College or above degree in Finance, accounting, economic or related field.
大专及以上学历，财务会计及相关专业学历背景。
2. At least 1 year above related working experience in foreign invested company. Qualification of accountant is necessary.
一年以上制造企业相关工作经验，具备会计从业资格证书。
3. Experience in SAP system and E-banking is preferred.
具备SAP和网银操作经验的可优先考虑
4. Good English skills and PC skill.
良好的英语和计算机应用能力。
5. Good team player, Self-motivated, with an ability both to work independently and as a part of team; good interpersonal and communication skill; work under pressure.
具备良好职业素养，有上进心，责任感，工作细致麻利，良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力。
职位职责：
1.To process E-bank payment, petty cash reimbursements, and track money collection accurately and timely.
办理现金、银行存款收付款业务，并填制相关凭证。
2. To issue VAT invoices, export special invoices and make vouchers in system.
开具增值税专用发票和出口专用发票，并填制相关凭证。
3. To prepare the monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash physical count.
编制银行余额调节表及现金库存盘点表，确保账实相符。
4. To deal with the issues about Safe, and control it to be accordance with the policy.
办理外汇相关事宜， 保证其符合相关法规政策的要求。
5. Prepare weekly finance reports about cash flow.
编制每周财务收支情况报告。
6. To keep cash holdings, check, chop, invoice and other finance documents safely.
保管库存现金、支票、印章、发票等财务资料。
7. Other tasks assigned by leader.
其他领导交办的事务。
