岗位职位 Responsibility：

负责电气维修的技术工作

Be in charge of electrical maintenance and repairing technical work.

汇报对象 Report to:

维修经理 Maintenance manager

职位描述 Job Description:

1.监督并指导维修技师每天工作；负责培训维修技师计划;

Supervise and guide the maintenance technican daily work. Be in charge of training plan of maintenance technican;

2.负责生产设备管理，监督维修记录；持续改进工艺。

Responsible for the device management and supervise the workers’ maintenance records;Continuous improvement process.

3.参与停机设备故障排除.在特殊项目和大修中配合工作。

Trouble shooting and problems solving of down equipment; cooperation in case of special.Projects and large scale maintenance operation.

4.确定维修工作中的技术问题，对此技术问题联系外部供应商（不包括商务问题）.

Determination in technical questions which are transferred on the job, then contact to external

suppliers in these technical questions. (no commercial issues)

5.日常经理安排的工作跟进；

Follow-up daily work assigned by maintenance manager

6.协助维修经理制定预防性维修保养计划；

Assisting the maintenance manager to make preventive maintenance plan

7.所有设备程序、参数的备份;

In charge of backup programs and parameters of all the equipments;

8.设备备件申报、维修成本分析;维修费用预算支持。

In charge of applying spare parts of equipment and analyzing maintenance cost。Support by

doing the budget for maintenance cost.

9.确保了解健康环保安全相关知识，拥有健康环保安全意识，配合完成相关的健康环保安全工作。

Assure to know basic knowledge about HSE and keep HSE awareness, support to complete the jobs related to HSE.

岗位要求 Job Requirement:

1.工业电气自动化/电器/电机/机电一体化专业；

Training in Automation/ electric appliance / electromechanical /machining electronic

2.十年及以上熟练的电气和程序维修工作经验；

Expert in more than 10 years working experience in electrical and programming of PLC maintenance

3.一定的英文读写能力

Basic English reading and writing skills

4.熟知工艺技术，机加工/铸造设备的构造；具有很强的设备故障排除能力及动手能力；

Familiar with process technology and the structure of machining and casting equipment, with strong skills to solve the equipments’ problem, and good hand work

5.熟悉西门子S7-300 PLC 和KUKA机器人；

Familiar with Siemens S7-300 PLC and KUKA Robot.

6.具有电工、叉车证为佳

Hold a license of electrical handwork , Drive forklift is best.

7.作认真，责任心强。身体健康，能上夜班。

Strong sense of responsibility. Good health condition, and can work on night shift
