Responsibility:
1. Resource planning and Management of Quality Function to achieve quality target and objective;
2. Lead of resolution of customer quality issues and continuously work on improvement to achieve customer satisfaction;
3. Performance monitoring and appraisal for quality staffs;
4. Monthly Quality Result Reporting to Management;
5. Gemba Kaizen on Quality Improvement Program;
6. Communication at all levels with cross functions to resolve quality issues;
7. Establish/ drive execution or implementation of quality process and Quality Improvement Plan;
8. Develop quality staffs in Quality skills and knowledge.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree, 5 years of experience in large multi-national automotive components manufacturing as a quality manager or higher;
2. Hands-on experience in quality improvement together with customers, suppliers or internal departments;
3. Experience in setting up quality function/ system/ department in similar environment;
4. Strong knowledge in ISO 9000/ QS 9000/ TS 16949/ ISO 14001/ VDA 6.3/ RoHS/ REACH and similar quality system in automotive environment;
5. Working knowledge in all key quality tools, e.g. Control Plans, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, APQP, MSA, QC Circles and so on;
6. Excellent communication, analytical& leadership skills;
7. Proficient in English and Chinese.
