职位描述

Main responsibility:

1. According the customer requirement to control process quality and advance product capacity . sepcification, Edit the instructions information and technical documents. etc

2. Work with balance shaft engineer to complete first sample machining according to PFD and analysis some defect etc

3. Design machining line layout and achieve lean production

4. analysis the test data provide by test engineer, finalize or modify the machining process.

5. optimize the design of PFD to save cost, improve the product capacity

6. support the program develop according to the program timing line.

Special knowledge & skill:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes – including heat treatment .powder metal, stamping, machining,

2. Knowledge of ANSI, SAE, QS-9000, ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, APQP and other industry/customer related standards.

3. Knowledge of standard automotive industry tools including Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DoE, FMEA, Dimensional Stack Analysis, 8D problem solving etc.

4. Superior ability to prepare and conduct customer presentations on PowerPoint. Ability to discuss and direct technical discussions surrounding Product Manufacturing issues and Program Launches.

5. Customer focused attitude to meeting project goal and objectives. Understanding of approach needed to deal with customers and suppliers particularly in situations where problems have arisen. Experienced at making detailed customer presentations.

6. Have experience in balance shaft machining and prepare the PFD,CP,PFMEA,WI etc.

7. Ability to work clearly and logically in all circumstances including where project timescales are short, deadlines are tight or where it is necessary to resolve customer problems.
