Role Purpose
To audit and ensure compliance of product and process to defined standards and documentation.

Main Responsibility
Review of First Off products to ensure correct production and quality with specifications
Completion of poke-yoke audit to review safety critical process and escalate any problems to the engineering and management team
Conduct Process audits in line with JBS
Conduct Product audits in line with Quality catalogue manuals
Respond to production quality issues, when required
Review of quality issue by conducting tear down of seat to identify specific quality issue
Advise engineering team of problem identified
Actively participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Completion of daily KPI report focussing on areas of quarantine, QA Audit against plan and Calibration
Ensure calibration of equipment as specified in maintenance schedule
Co-ordination of external supplier for calibration when require
Ensure system and process requirements are up-to-date
Check validity of SOP’s to current process and advise engineering of changes
Provide input into the Cost Reduction Improvement Plan

Qualifications:

? TS16949 internal auditor
? Very familiar with TS core tools


Experience:
? 2 years experience in a production operator role
? 1 year in a quality role, such as inspector or auditor
? Preferred - Experience in JIT plant
? Proven customer service orientation
? Preferred - ability to complete calibration of equipment

Skills & Knowledge:
? Preferred - ability to interpret and analysis specifications and drawing
? Understanding of quality expectations and standards (TS16949)
? Knowledge of Excel and Word – intermediate

Selection Process Requirements:
? Initial behavioural interview with HR
? Second interview with Manager
? Numerical, Mechanical reasoning tests
? Two verbal reference checks should be completed prior to offer being made
