Duties&responsibilities:
提供售后技术支持，比如交钥匙项目、工件切割、最终验收；
自动化设备的安装及调试；
自动化设备的现场维修服务；
协助客户解决技术相关的问题；
提供服务时推广公司的产品，提供服务情报；
在公司内部及客户现场执行机床预验收及最终验收；
在展会和开放日协助进行产品介绍展示；
收集客户最终验收报告；
上级安排的其他工作。
Qualification:
大专以上学历，机械工程等相关专业
三年以上机床行业售后服务和维修经验
熟悉车床，铣床者优先，掌握工业机器人编程者优先
良好的问题解决及交流能力；
良好的英文口语及书写能力，懂德语者尤佳；
具有团队合作精神，愿意出差并能承受高压。
