岗位描述：
1、 负责考勤、来客的接待、电话、传真、复印文件及相关文件的打印、扫描、整理归档工作；及时发送接受邮件、资料；
2、 预定宾馆，机票，安排车辆接送；办公用品的采办及管理、各类行政发文；
3、公司办公设备及办公环境的维护；
4、协助上级完成日常行政管理工作；
5、能完成公司领导临时交付、布置的其它任务；有以上相关工作经验者优先
6、负责基本的出纳工作，有一定的财务基础及工作经验
任职要求：
1、思路清晰，有较强的责任心和敬业精神；工作热情积极、细致耐心，
2、能独立处理事务，有良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；
3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件
4、大专以上学历，行政管理，财务/会计专业者优先
5、深圳户籍优先

Job functions:

? Making & receiving telephone calls, welcoming visitors, receiving, sending, documenting and distributing all mails on a timely basis;
? Booking hotel and fight tickets arrange transportation for visitors; purchase and supervise office supplies;
? Supervising office equipments and office environment;
? Assisting manager in public administration;
?Handling cashier duties, has the basic financial knowledge ;
? Other duties assigned by the manager;

Job Requirements:

?Has strong sense of responsibility and the professional spirit and the team cooperation consciousness;
? Post Secondary degree, Administration, finance/accounting background is preferred;
? Communication and teamwork skills;
? Initiative and self-responsible;
? Diligence, stability and loyalty;
?Proficiency of MS offic;
