职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责编写机械产品加工工艺，编制作业指导书；
2.负责产品生产工艺流程，工艺标准的制定和实施分析，解决现场工艺问题；
3.负责制定、修改产品零件的材料消耗定额及产能分析；
4.负责车间各工序工艺的科学整合和技术改造；
5.负责对生产线进行新材料、新工艺、新技术的应用；
6.分析解决客户的产品质量问题，制定、实施纠正和预
防措施。
7、工装夹具的制作。
任职资格：
1.五年以上机械加工相关工作经验；熟悉各类加工工艺（车、铣、磨、铇、钻、加工中心、线切割）
2.熟悉金属加工工艺及质量要求；
3.熟练使用PROE进行机械零部件设计；
4.户外机械或汽车行业机械加工经验；
5.熟悉质量控制管理程序及相关文件，如：APQP/PFEMA/SPC等；
6.刀具的认识，如刀具参数的确认和使用。
