We are looking for an experienced Shipping Assistant, who can be able to handle full set Import and Export shipment and document independently to work in our China office..

This role will involve:

As Shipping Assistant, your primary focus will be to support the Merchandiser team with all shipping requirements.

Tasks will be allocated by the Shipping Manager and you will work together closely to ensure that support is given to all areas of the business.

In this role, you should have the following personal profile:

· Written and oral fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships

· Exceptional problem solving skills

· Superb organiser with a professional and mature manner

· Work well within a team

· Proactive and results orientated with the determination to see projects through from start to finish

· Good knowledge and skills in handling full set of Import and Export shipment and documents for trading companies

· Attention to details
