Your Responsibilities

1.Is responsible for working with US based Design/ Development staff, China based management and local supplier engineers to ensure new product/process development initiatives, processes, criteria and standards are formulated and implemented into supplier facilities for effective and efficient new product transition to production. Following through initiatives and plans established by US based staff and the headof department. Monitoring, advising and facilitating initiatives and plans established by Cobra Puma Golf supplier andvendors (i.e. fixtures, process improvements, processes etc.) Facilitating, implementing standard process and product improvements.

2.Locally supports all phase of product life cycle; Concept to Production, and failure return analysis

3.Assists in development of innovative and practical solutions to unique technical problems utilizing advanced quality techniques and following through action item and control plans Provides competent and timely product development, engineering, and/or process recommendations to management, anticipating future needs and required development.

4.Provides focal point for technical communication on development issues

5.Assists in resolving complex technical problems by providing guidance and facilitation in determining root cause.

6.Develops and implements methods and procedures for creating, testing and evaluating products for
acceptability Investigates and reports conformance to material, processes, and labor standards for suppliers and sub-contractors.

We Expect
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2.Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel, and posses solid general computer, math and analysis.
CAD/ drawing skills is required.
3.Fast learner,good communication,good written and oral English.
