Responsibilities:

1. Finish DV, PV, MPV/IP test and report (in English) according to product test plan.
2. Feed back the problem with TIR to the relevant application engineer in time.
3. Make the WI for the new equipments, and test WI for the new projects.
4. Read and understand company, customer & international (automotive) specifications.
5. Develop testing procedures and work instructions based on testing standard and specifications.
6. Analysis of the given product specification and deviation of the necessary testing activities.
7. Finish DV, PV, MPV/IP test and report (in English) according to product test plan.
8. Feed back the test problems with TIR to the engineering team in time.
9. Cooperate with application engineer to analyze the failures during the test.
10. Familiar with structure, performance and operation of testing equipment / bench / rig, maintenance the test equipment and test lab daily job.
11. Prepare and the necessary equipments / benches / fixtures of DV, PV tests for the new projects.
12. Make work instructions (WI) for the new test equipments.
13. Finish calibration of gauge / meter / equipment in co-operation with QA.
14. Product test CI in co-operation with lab supervisor.
15. Interface for communication with test centers in other regions, share information.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in engineering testing in automotive or similar industry.
3. General knowledge of engineering testing and measurement and test data capture / sampling and processing, eg. Lab view, Diadem.
4. Fluent English language both in oral and written.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of team.
6. Knowledge of electronics is a plus.
7. Programming knowledge in testing aspect like VC, Lab view, Diadem or its equivalent is a plus.
