工作职责：

1、与国内客人的沟通，与海外代理确认有关事项；
2、客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决；
3、及时处理解决操作过程中发生的问题。

任职资格：

1、 熟悉海运操作，有相关货代及客服经验优先；
2、 具有良好的英语口语、书面表达能力；
3、 有较强的团队协作精神，较好的沟通能力及表达能力，工作细心、耐心，形象气质佳。
