POSITION SUMMARY:

1. Master production schedule to meet customer orders and delivery schedule;

2. Analyze the Inventory to keep the high inventory turn.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Understanding the product characteristics and specification. Production procedure, Standard work, production capacity.

2. Maintain the material information properly in SAP system(e.g. BOM, Routing, Work center,)

3. SOP Involvement then to define the master schedule (labor /equipment /material shortage analysis)

4. Be responsible for daily (shop floor) production schedule, job order releasing ,tracking the schedule attainment rate and variance

5. Work out the strategy with material planner on the vendor capacity planning and inventory control planning to minimize the risks to company.

6. Coordinate the new products launching

7. Control the inventory and SLOB.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

1. College Diploma above;

2. More than 3 year Production planning in MNCs;

3. Familiar with PMC;

4. Skillful MS office skills;

5. Must have SAP experience, Workable MRP experience;

6. LEAN experience performance is prefer;

7. Good communication skill, good at coordination;

8. Written communication skills in English.
