Position Summary:

Help finance Controller to enhance inventory, follow AR, enhance improve internal control.

Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1. Develops implements and /or maintains Standard costing systems;

2. Control and analyze Costing and make sure cost items are properly booked and the allocation is correct;

3. Participate in cost analysis and control of the new program, helping financial analyst to confirm the cost target;

4. Prepare price quotation to customer as per the requirement;

5. Review and control daily expenditure to ensure it is in line with accounting policy and tax regulation;

6. Assist Financial analyst on management reports preparing including actual report, rolling forecast and budget;

7. Other duties/special projects that may be requested by senior management.

8. Record any measurable statistics which your position impacts, (such as production expense, maintenance expense, sales volume, payroll cost, capital expenditures, research budget, cost of purchases, value of inventories controlled, total revenues, expenses audited, etc.)

9. ensure the reporting issued to outside on time.

10. ensure the correctness of cost allocation.

11. the accuracy of cost allocation: 100% (to correct cost center and Production order).

12. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Must hold a recognized accounting/finance qualification.

3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, Carefulness on data checking and preparation.

4. A minimum of 3 to 5 years financial experience within a strong manufacture environment.

5. Familiar with standard costing.

6. Microsoft software and other necessary office tools.

7. English language capability (speak, write, read).

8. ERP experience, SAP is preferred.

9. Good work attitude, willing to accept variable job.
