Position: (Key) Account Manager

Report to: General manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationship with big customers in China

Identify and grow business with new Customers in China

Maintain and grow spare part & service sales for installed base

Transfer technical information between the company and Customers in both directions

Conflict Resolution (if any)

Maintain a general knowledge about the Market Development of the business in China, including the export business of Port Trucks and Port Cranes from China to other Countries

Maintain a general knowledge about the Competitors of Spreader Manufacturers

Follow up of Targets for new sales and after sales is fulfilled according to plan, and reasons for deviations

Marketing of the company's brand in China for Existing and Potential New Customers and end users.

Desired profile of the candidate

Education: Technical diploma, bachelor or master degree

Language: Native Chinese and fluent written and verbal English language skills

Professional experience:

Experience from international company with international business practice and business conducts.

Small company experience with no support functions available and hands on tasks.

Industrial background from either of major component supplier to port truck industry, suppliers to heavy constructions machines industry, port truck industry or heavy construction machines industry.

Previous experience as either Account Manager, Service Manager, Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Sales Manager or Technical Sales.
