职位描述
岗位职责:
一、 协助运营经理处理公司文化活动运营相关事宜。其中包括：
1. 协助运营经理与供货商，合作伙伴，酒店和文化活动承办商沟通协作，处理文化活动运营中出现的相关问题，并及时进行沟通解决。
2. 协助运营经理与以色列团队沟通协作，协助他们与中国运营商，建造商之间的沟通协作。
3. 协助运营经理处理公司日常运营管理的相关事项，其中包括公司美国行程的签证事宜，公司邀请国外舞者来华的相关手续等等。
4. 协助处理公司日常办公事宜。
二、在公司大型文化活动开始销售后，负责汇总客户资料并及时有效地更新到客户系统。协助处理客户的特殊要求以及相关事宜。
三、 协助公司财务处理一部分公司收入及支出登记。
公司会给予系统培训。
发展空间：
1. 公司优秀员工有机会赴美国分公司进行业务交流与访问。
2. 公司优秀员工有机会参与美国分公司举行的文化产业活动的推广和协助海外文化产业活动的运营。

任职资格:
1、年龄在18周岁(含)以上;
2、本科（含以上）学历
3、流利的中英文书写和表达能力。英语要求过六级或以上。
4、工作认真，负责，仔细。
