UCT (Asia) Co., Ltd, a young & dynamic Design & Trading Company located in Bangkok Thailand, is looking for the right candidate to meets its rapid growth requirements for our Ningbo office Branch.


Who we are & What do we do?
We are a rapidly growing design and trading company, structured in three flexible teams based respectively in Bangkok, Ningbo and Victoria. We are active in the Gift and premium sector for the worldwide Beverage Industry (Main clients: Heineken / Coke / Pepsi etc).

What will be your daily duties?
With the team of 3 peoples in Ningbo office, you’ll cooperate with 3 main people from Main office in Bangkok to;

? Procurement liaison (Sourcing for new suppliers, asking for pricing and comparison, or sometimes visit nearby factories)
? Assist to arrange production/Sample checking and shoot good photos or make a presentation for internal knowledge.
? Assist to arrange parcel sending to supplier or customers upon request. To ensure we use the right courier and packing method, so price comparing is needed.
? Update and chase delegated tasks/appointment to ensure progress to deadlines and keep projects/orders/ things on schedule.
? Follow production and development with factories (by phone call or emails) and report to your senior and Head office.

What is your profile?
You possess strong communication skills with a bit understanding of English (Oral and writing).
You’re graduated in bachelor degree in any field (with some experience in foreign trade, or production procedure, or in gifts and premiums industry is a plus)
You are dynamic, results oriented and highly flexible.
You are proactive and possess very good negotiations and adaptation skills
You are hard-working and able to work under pressure
You are able to handle multiple tasks in punctual basis.
