职位描述
1.	发展良好的人际关系,作为官方代表与客户沟通正在进行的谈判;
2.	准备和向相关的管理者提供RFQA;
3.	联络项目管理者,建立最初的商业计划,确定项目投资计划,并遵守控制程序释放投资;
4.	为从最初要求起的所有偏差承担经济责任;
5.	项目启动和管理:跟踪进度更新商业计划书,项目控制和预算报告,并领导程序步骤和结果的回顾;
6.	进行风险/机会分析,并制定和实施相应的行动计划;
7.	仲裁任何财务和/或技术问题上与客户发生的冲突;
8.	管理和统筹一个跨职能的项目团队(销售,控制,采购,质量,生产,供应链,产品和工艺工程),并定义团队成员的目标和任务;
9.	通过确保项目管理系统(PMS)中定义的流程适用于所有步骤,并通过该计划的所有参与者之间的协同作用,创建一个“项目管理文化”;
10.	组织整个项目的生命周期中的交流;
11.	确保发展中心至生产厂间项目的平稳过渡;
12.	组织重点项目信息,以确保项目的连续性,并帮助知识管理。
1.	Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official representative;
2.	Prepare and submit the RFQA to Management of relevant;
3.	Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures;
4.	Take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements;
5.	Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results;
6.	Conduct Risk/Opportunity analysis, and develop and implement appropriate action plans;
7.	Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues;
8.	Manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments;
9.	Create a "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Program Management System (PMS) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program;
10.	Organise communications throughout the program life cycle;
11.	Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant;
12.	Organise key program information to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management.
任职资格:
1.	硕士学位以上,工程专业优先;
2.	至少4-7年工作经验(工程制造或产品经验优先);
3.	至少3-5年项目经验;
4.	结果导向;
5.	良好的沟通和协调能力;
6.	冲突管理技巧:预防和解决冲突的能力;
7.	在矩阵组织的工作能力;
8.	了解PMS流程;
9.	了解项目标准、工具和方法;
10.	流利的英文能力和客户要求的其他语言能力;
11.	简历、发展、领导和凝聚团队的能力;
12.	良好的财务知识(包括简历和跟踪一个商务计划);
13.	解决问题的能力;
14.	战略分析能力;
15.	计划和组织能力。
1.	Masters degree, ideally in engineering;
2.	Minimum 4-7 years of job experience (in an industrial environment and/or with product experience a plus);
3.	Minimum 3-5 years of project experience;
4.	Results orientation;
5.	Strong communication and negotiation skills;
6.	Conflict management skills : ability to prevent and solve conflicts;
7.	Ability to work in a matrixed organisation;
8.	Good knowledge of PMS-Process;
9.	Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods;
10.	Fluent in English and in the customer language;
11.	Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team;
12.	Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan);
