职位描述
岗位职责:
1.与部门经理共同确定人力资源对商业计划的影响,制定和实施关键策略以支持商业计划的实现。
2.项目管理、协调,并在下列公司范围内的活动中起到领导作用:目标和目标设定、绩效管理和会议。
3.协调和管理所有员工招聘活动,从招聘广告到成功的应聘者的入职,目的是为了优化品质,并适合所有的新雇员。
4.对制定,实施和使用奖励和表彰计划提供领导性功能,其中包括可变薪酬计划,特别奖励办法和一次性识别计划。
5.执行、协调和推动组织的薪酬管理系统,包括协调年薪审查过程、工作评估、市场薪酬调查的参与、管理、员工教育和情况通报、建立公平和一致的薪酬的实施。
6.设计,执行和确保公司所有的人力资源政策,程序和惯例得到一致地执行。
7.结合部门管理制定公司年度综合发展计划和日程表,协商适当地采购所需的培训课程。
8.确保组织遵守所有企业和法律对人力资源方面的要求。
9.对部门管理涉及的所有员工关系包括绩效辅导和变革管理提供咨询和支持,确保有一个和谐的和富有成效的工作环境。
10.监督基于计算机和手工的人力资源信息系统的维护,确保它符合公司,运营和法定要求。
要求:
1.大学本科以上学历。
2.具有较强的人力资源专业知识和技能。
3.具有较强的咨询,辅导和商业环境中的促进技能。
4.具有良好的英语口头沟通和书写技能。
Responsibilities:
1.In conjunction with line management identify the HR implications of their business plans and develop and implement critical initiatives in support of the achievement of the business plans.
2.Program manage, co-ordinate and take a leadership role in the following company-wide activities: goal and objective setting, performance management, Session C.
3.Co-ordinate and manage all staffing activities from advertising to induction of successful candidates in order to optimise the quality and fit of all new recruits.
4.Provide functional leadership to the development, implementation and use of reward and recognition programs including variable compensation plans, special incentive schemes and one-off recognition programs.
5.Administer, co-ordinate and drive the organization remuneration management system including co-ordination of the annual salary review process, job evaluation, market salary survey participation, management and employee education and briefings and the establishment of fair and consistent remuneration practices.
6.Design, implement and ensure the consistent operation of all of the company HR policies, procedures and practices.
7.In conjunction with line management develop the organization annual consolidated development plans and schedules and consult on the appropriate sourcing of the required training.
8.Ensure the compliance of the organization to all corporate and legal requirements in respect of Human Resources.
9.Provide consulting and support to line management in all aspects of employee relations including performance counseling and change management to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
10.Oversee the maintenance of the computer based and manual Human Resource Information system and ensure that it meets corporate, operational and statutory requirements.
Qualification:
1.University Bachelor Degree or above.
2.Strong technical HR skills and knowledge.
3.Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a commercial environment.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
