工作职责：
1. 根据公司和部门的程序及操作流程文件规定，负责仓库日常操作以及相关的管理工作。
具体内容包：
1) 根据先进先出的原则，有序地接收，分发，储存和转移材料/产品。
2) 配合公司进出口部门，严格遵循海关法律法规的要求，管理保税料件并配合进出口部门核销手册。
3) 为了准确的库存，及时更新系统记录；填写和传递相关的单证，并存档。
4) 维护和清洁仓库设备和库位区域。
5) 定期盘点。
6) 接收、分发和邮寄杂项物品，工具，消耗品和设备。
7) 负责管理仓库日用品及耗材,并及时提交采购申请单,确保正常使用。
2. 负责仓库相关程序文件和操作流程的制定和修改。
3. 负责下属人员的培训和绩效考评。

要求：
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 8年以上相关工作经验。
3. 具有良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神。
4. 具有良好的办公软件和ERP/MRP系统操作能力, 熟悉Oracle JDE 系统优先。
5. 具有叉车上岗证。
6. 具有良好的书面和口头沟通能力及基础英语知识。

Responsibilities:
1. Following company and departmental procedure/WI do and manage warehouse daily operation.
Including：
1) Receives, distributes, stores and move material/products in order on FIFO principle.
2) Work with import & export team, following the customs regulations on managing the bonding materials, and work with the import & export team on the write off the customs notebook.
3) Timely update system records for accurate stock; fill and convey related documents and keep in file.
4) Maintain and clean warehouse equipment and operation area.
5) Periodically count stock.
6) Receives, distributes and mails miscellaneous items, tools, consumables and requirements.
7) Manage daily operation items / consumables and submit purchasing requisition timely to keep normal supply.
2. Responsible for working out and revise procedure and WI documents on warehouse issues.
3. Arrange training and make performance evaluation for direct report.

Requirement:
1. College Degree.
2. More than 8 years related working experience.
3. With good communication skill and teamwork spirits.
4. With good ability to work with PC (MS OFFICE) and ERP/MRP system，experiences on the Oracle JDE system is preferred.
5. Certificate for forklift truck is preferred.
6. Good written/oral communication in Chinese, basic English is preferred.
