主要工作职责:

1. Establish, update, supervise and implement the production procedures as needed.

建立、更新并监督实施生产所需程序

2. Perform and comply with various company procedures and policies.

执行和遵守公司各种规程

3. Master all the knowledge of the production equipment, train and supervise staffs use equipment and tools properly.

掌握所有生产设备的知识，培训和监督员工正确使用生产设备和工具

4. Inspect the equipment regularly, fill in the equipment maintenance application form in time when equipment troubles happen.

定期检查设备，设备故障时及时填写设备维修申请单

5. Ensure the work area standard meets Chem-Trend’s standard.

确保工作区域满足肯天管理标准

6. Communicate with the plan, quality and logistics timely to meet the delivery requirements.

及时与计划、质量和物流沟通，满足发货要求

7. Manage the records of production, equipment use and technical processes.

整理生产、设备使用及工艺过程记录

8. Statistics and analyze occurred problems in production, propose rationalization proposals, find improve opportunities in time.

统计分析生产中出现的问题，提出合理化建议，及时发现改进机会

9. Under safety and high quality precondition, plan and organize the daily work, optimize the operation, reasonable arrangements for staff to complete the production plan.

在保证安全和质量的前提下，规划和组织每天的工作，优化操作，合理安排人员，完成生产计划

10. Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, motivation, disciplinary action and dismissal of the production operators.

参与车间生产技术员的招聘，评估，激励，纪律处分和免职。

11. By using suitable training methods and materials to train the production staff, evaluate and keep records of training results.

培训生产员工，选用合适的培训方法和材料，评估培训结果并保留培训记录

12. Help other colleagues when need.

在有需要的时候协助其他同事

13. Other tasks arranged by superior.

学历/经验/技能:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or related area

化工或相关专业本科学历

2. Good English skills (written and spoken); have a certificate of college English CET-4 or above

良好的英语能力，包括口语及读写；有大学英语四级或以上证书

3. 5-10 years related working experience in chemical plant, inflammable and explosive production working experience preferred

有5-10年在化工工厂的相关工作经验，有易燃易爆产品生产工作经验优先
