岗位职责:

1. 承担自治生产部门经理及各支持部门经理（人力资源、质量、财务、物流、采购……）的管理责任；
2. 确保顺利传入和传出信息流；
3. 确保客户满意度；
4. 促进工厂质量、成本、交货期和人员（QCDP）的表现，并建立和满足工厂预算；
5. 促进产品/工艺QCD改善；
6. 优化工厂布局和设备的使用；
7. 确保工厂级的生产准备和发布；
8. 促进供应商表现改善；
9. 定义卓越系统的部署计划，并实现它；
10. 推动工厂改善网络，并在不断改善过程中推动人员参与度；
11. 确保人员安全，遵守工厂环境和安全规范；
12. 履行法律责任，与地方当局对接；
13. 确保人员、归档及工厂员工的培训和发展；
14. 管理社会气候和劳动关系；
15. 开发将来的专家和经理。

1. Assume the management of the Autonomous Production Unit Managers and of the support function managers (HR, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing,…);
2. Ensure smooth inbound and outbound information flows;
3. Ensure customer satisfaction;
4. Drive plant Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (QCDP) performance and build and meet the plant budget;
5. Drive product/process QCD improvement;
6. Optimise plant lay-out and equipment usage;
7. Ensure manufacturing readiness and launches at plant level;
8. Drive supplier performance improvement;
9. Define a deployment plan for the Excellence System and implement it;
10. Drive plant improvement networks and involve everyone in continuous improvement processes;
11. Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and security of the plant;
12. Fulfill legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities;
13. Ensure staffing, induction, training and development of plant employees;
14. Manage social climate and labour relations;
15. Develop future experts and managers.

2. 成熟的团队管理经验；
3. 建设和管理预算的能力；
4. 结果导向；
5. 最少双语（需要英语）。
