技能和资质要求

• 机械、电气工程文凭或相关教育和培训背景
• 3年以上技术工作经验，具有实际动手能力
• 扎实机械技能
• 识别机械图纸
• 熟悉机械装配及维修精度的常规标准，如计量泵的装配间隙等
• 培训后，能够对计量泵进行拆卸、检查和维修
• 对库存按公司要求进行管理和跟踪
• 熟悉常规计算机技术，具有良好的Microsoft Word和Excel能力
• 必须具有基本英语阅读和写作能力，具有一定英语口语能力的将优先考虑
• 工作重点为服务客户，申请人必须具备良好的人际交往和独立工作能力
• 团队工作出色
• 了解气动技术，PLC产品及基本机器制造知识，将优先考虑

职责

• 在宁波公司组装和维修各种计量泵
• 向中国客户和经销商提供计量泵的技术支持
• 及时、准确地回复所有客户的查询
• 与客户交流，及时识别和发现存在的问题，并提供解决方案及服务
• 及时完成各项工作报告，包括计量泵的检验报告及修复报告等
• 负责跟踪计量泵及备件库存，支持各种销售可能，同时能够对使用过的计量泵进行维修
• 对客户产品进行计量实验，以确定最合适性价比最佳的计量泵配置和型号，以满足客户的需求
• 对通过经销商的间接客户和直销客户提供必要的支持
• 与中国分公司各部门经理协调，向客户通过电话进行销前销后支持，以保证客户满意。

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar training
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical “hands on” role
• Solid mechanical aptitude
• Able to read mechanical drawings
• Familiar with clearances and general standards used to assemble or repair mechanical assemblies such as pumps
• Must be able to disassemble, inspect and repair pumps after adequate training has been provided
• Ability to organize inventory, and to manage this inventory at levels set by Management
• Demonstrated computer skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to read and write English, with preference given to candidates who have good verbal English skills
• Customer service focused. The applicant must be self-motivated, have exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
• Familiarity with pneumatics, PLC s and basic machine fabrication is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new, and service a range of dispensing pumps at our Ningbo facility.
• Technical pump support for Customers and Distributors in the PRC
• Providing timely and accurate response to all customer inquires
• Identify and communicate to customers any issues/problems you identify and assist in selling our services to fix these issues.
• Provide written reports of work completed in a timely manner; Including but not limited to pump inspection reports and repair reports
• Be responsible for tracking pump and parts inventory to support new sales opportunities and the repair of in-service pumps
• Performing dispense testing with customer supplied product to determine what is be most suitable and cost effective pump type required to meet their dispensing needs
• Help establish support systems for our outside sales activities through distributors and direct accounts
• In coordination with the Manager for China and the Sales Manager make sales and service calls to customers to build and maintain customer satisfaction.
