职位职责：
根据公司业务的需要，负责维护海外代理、海外客户及国内客户，具体包括：
1.及时回复海外代理的邮件，独立完成国内相关操作；

2.协助参与组织国际业务的营销或海外服务平台、国际业务操作平台的建设；
3.协助对集团分支机构国际业务的指导、协调和管控；
4.进行海外业务的信息反馈、整理；
5.协助完善对海外代理、海外客户及国内客户的维护；
6.协助海运客服团队的人才培养；
7.其它涉及部门、客服业务的工作。

招聘条件：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.两年以上货代行业工作经验，有海外客服经验者优先；
3.熟悉海运、空运进出口业务；
4.熟练EDI系统的运用；

5.英语书写流利，口语良好者优先；
6.具有团队精神、具有较强的理解能力；

7.具有一定的沟通协调能力、和较强的谈判能力；
8.具有良好的职业操守、对工作有高度的责任感和开拓精神。
