The knowledge, skills and attitudes required for satisfactory job performance, the incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas (合格工作表现所需的知识,技能和态度,必须有精通知识在以下几个方面:)
-3- 5 years working experience in international forwarding company in similar positions (3-5年的工作在国际货运代理公司类似职位的经验).
- Familiar with office programs, good computer skills ( 熟悉办公程序,良好的计算机技能).
- Decision making skills (决策的能力).
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills , could communicate with foreigner smoothly. (有效的书面以及口头英语交流的技能)。
- Stress & time management skills ( 压力和时间管理技能)。

The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the finance accountant supervisor. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

RESPONSIBILITIES: In direct and tight cooperation with the Sales manager & Operational Managers to carry out below the tasks.
- Maintain current CIF customer and business.
- Provide qualified tele-marketing service to potential clients.
- Market research for the qualified leads/resources for sales team.
- On-time informs sales executives any progress of relevant clients; help sales executives with inquires & quotation according to their needs.
- Provide additional support during period of emergency activity.
- To follow, communicate; meet with all the R/O suppliers/existing customers to improve the service level, to strengthen the communication and to build good relations.
In additional to assist Sales teams to achieve below the tasks:
-Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus and development on Scandinavian trade, Russian trade, Baltic States, Eastern Europe and other trades company required.
-Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency.
-To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the branch manager/ team Manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts;
-To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes;
-Co-ordination of both external and internal visitors; ensuring personal attention to the respective visitors.
Other accountabilities:
- to represent and follow the company philosophy, quality management system and highest standard of business practice.
-Focusing on highest possible data quality, visibility and usage of Lime-tool.
-Actively participant any type of company training and team activities.
-To support a positive and attractive working atmosphere and environment.
-Preparation of sales & marketing material for sales team and company. Create specific presentations with related business, new products and promotions when it needs etc.
-Working together with sales manager and other team member to support the Planning and executing client events or other activities related with sales and marketing.
-Promoting our internal development through marketing updates on GC intranet.
