Qualifications and Experience资格和经验:
?5 years production management experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 8 years works experience.
5年生产加工环境的生产管理工作经验，至少8年工作经验。
?Knowledge of the principles and techniques of Lean including but not limited to VSM, 7 wastes,
kaizen leadership and 5S.
良好的精益生产理论与实践，比如目视化， 7大浪费，5S等。
?Knowledge and skill of OEE, TPM, cost analysis, employee encourage, quality control etc.
具备OEE, TPM，成本分析，员工激励，质量控制的知识与技能。
?Individual must possess a detail orientation, be able to work effectively as an individual contributor and possess solid interpersonal relationships and communications skills .Positive personality with ambition preferred.
优秀的沟通技巧和人际关系处理技巧，关注细节，是高效工作的促进者。个性积极且具上进心。
?Familiar with ERP theory, good at material management, order material management.
熟悉ERP理论，精通物料管理，工单管理。
?Good English level with oral and writing.

Key Accountabilities关键职责:
?Manage the operation of 3 shifts, make sure on time delivery with good quality and right cost, and organize the resource of human being, material and machine.
负责车间三班运作，确保在满足客户质量要求的前提下，调配合理的人，机，物 资源，以不高于标准成本的代价按时完成生产任务
?Maintain and improve current production system, continue to reduce the production waste, improve production efficiency, and improve the quality of product.
维护并持续改善现有生产系统，不断降低生产浪费，提高劳动生产率，提高产品质量稳定性
?Manage and improve the safety of the plant, conduct safe behavior, maintain and improve morale of the staff, maintain and improve 5S of the plant.
全面负责车间安全，倡导安全行为习惯，维护提高员工士气，维护提高车间5S

Position specific duties/岗位具体职责:
?Educate and monitor the employees do their job according to the standard operation, make sure the production comply with the process discipline and quality requirements.
教育和督导员工实施标准化作业，确保生产过程符合工艺规范和质量控制规范
?Control the staff requirement budget; adjust the number of employees on time in order to meet the needs of production on time, offer the hiring request if needed.
控制人力需求预算，及时调整人力资源以满足生产需要，需要时及时提出招聘需求
?Define the production plan together with supply chain department, according to the plan to organize production , control employees arrangement, control material supplied to workshop,
and deal with abnormal during production.
参与生产计划的制定，根据生产计划组织生产，控制人员安排，物料供应，处理异常
?Collect and analysis production data, including quality abnormal and reject parts, work with the team to solve issues.
收集生产数据，分析质量异常和报废数据，推动生产，工程团队进行改善
?Monthly report of on time delivery, reject rate, cost analysis, and offer the root cause analysis together with the improve plan.
每月报告生产计划完成率，报废率，实际成本与标准成本比率，并提出原因分析与改进计划
?Annually, draft the employee requirement budget, update the production data such as cycle time, reject rate, C/O time etc.
起草年度人力资源预算，更新生产成本数据,比如生产周期时间，报废率，换线时间等
?As the key role of safety, to set up safety guidance, lead the safety parts of HACCP system;
help and monitor the employees do their job according to the requirement of safety guidance and HACCP system.
作为车间安全负责人，建立安全行为规范，主导HACCP系统中安全部分的分析，指导员工按照安全行为规范的要求行事
?Maintain and improve morale of the staff, to create positive and healthy culture.
维护和提高员工士气，创建积极健康的组织文化
?Conduct other task assigned by superior. 上级分配的其他任务
