岗位:成本控制员

岗位职责：

1、负责审核采购经济批量、采购预算方案等；

2、定期编制内部采购成本核算、分析报表，提供成本控制依据；

3、根据实际情况向其他部门提供精确的采购成本分析、控制报告；

4、负责采购成本控制相关报表、报告、文档的存档、保管工作；

任职要求：

1、财会等相关专业大专以上学历，2年以上采购成本控制、成本核算，成本分析工作经验；

2、熟悉成本构成、市场价格波动行情；

3、有一定的供应链渠道，能够不断开拓资源；

4、精通采购、预算、合约，熟悉成本管理体系，良好的数据汇总、分析、总结能力；

5、人品正直，责任心强，具有较强的计划能力，表达、沟通和协调的能力；

JOB DESCRIPTION: Cost Accounting Analyst

SUMMARY:

Oversee the management of Purchase Orders issued from US Operations for China production. Purchase Order Clerk will be responsible for tracking all key milestones associated to assigned Purchase Orders. They will confirm each milestone and update the Life+Gear On-Line Tracking System daily making sure the accurate information is provided.

Report to Vice President of China Operations and to Manager of Supply Planning & Scheduling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of manufacturing and shipping including the detail Bill of Materials, Packaging, Labor, Shipping, Duties, Defective costs.

Analyzing data collected and recording results in Online Life+Gear System.

Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost

Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs

Recording cost information for use in reducing costs by 10% per year.

Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports

Making estimates of new and proposed product costs

Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

Maintaining Cost Accounting System

Assisting in Month end Reporting as specified.

Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program at factories.

Reconciles costing discrepancies between Purchase Order and Invoiced.

The right Cost Accountant/Cost Analyst will have the following qualifications:

Minimum of 3 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment

Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.

Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word

Must be able to speak English at a level to communicate verbally and in written form.

Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards

？ Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
