职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Release correct supplier schedule to supplier before noon every Monday.
2. Manager discrete orders (create SO/PO in system, confirm with supplier and feedback to customer) on time & correct.
3. Update PO & schedule in system based on agreements and push supplier to ship on time.
4. Make out allocation plan & flexible shipping plan to meet customer OTD, track expedite orders.
5. Closely monitor abnormal demand, receiving , shipping, packaging, reduce slow moving and total inventory valve.
6. Evaluate & improve supplier performance.
7. Create and update planning master data on time.
Qualification:
1. More than 2 year experience in planner, customer service or imp&exp area.
2. Skilled knowledge of Microsoft office.
3. Clear mind, oral and written English are necessary.
4. Strong experience of QAD or the other ERP system.
5. With or above college degree.
