工作内容简介：


我司主要是做客户物流部门的运费审计，根据客户与物流提供商签订的合同，审计每票单子的收费是否按照合同所签订。
*****应聘人员需要有2年以上的物流工作经验，熟悉物流公司运价单。


1. 前期会参与项目实施，主要是对物流提供商的报价单的整理和归纳。
2.需要和美国总部联系，上传价格至系统。
3.项目上线后，对于物流提供商提供的发票进行审计，是否和合同有出入。
4.协调客户与物流提供商之间关于发票的金额问题。

1. Functions – Establish customer service relations with assigned clients.
2. Participate in the implementation process of new customers.
3. Review clients’ business rules and makes recommendations when needed.
4. Responsible for maintaining the customers’ business rules and ensuring they are up to date.
5. Review customers’ bills in resolution status and approve for posting to the customer resolution site.
6. Assist customers with daily concerns, questions, and needs through email and/or phone.
7. Contact each assigned customer on a weekly basis, after the close, to address any questions or issues.
8. Maintain an open action item list for any issues/concerns of each customer assigned.
9. Assist the operations team and new customer service associates with questions pertaining to their assigned customers.
10. Communicate changes to department managers.
11. Pull and analyze reports upon customer request.
12. Track errors related to assigned customers.
13. Train customers on the NVSCS application and iTools.
14. Responsible for the pre post audit of freight invoices, audit and approval of rejected invoices, verify and process balance due and pat due invoices.
15. Read and interpret rules tariff / carrier / contracts
16. Responsible for the entry of transportation transaction into web based proprietary logistics management software package.
17. Responsible for the data entry of transportation invoices
18. Approves and corrects entered transactions
19. Follows specific customer guidelines in regards to the data entry of their invoices.
Will be working closely with Japanese clients and carriers
