工作目标：
Objective:
买方负责并参与规划、流程、协调和提供零部件和材料资源。卖方保证供应商提供的商品和服务有效性，合理的金额是在提供合理的成本和质量的水平基础上。
The purchaser is responsible and involved with the planning, processes, coordination and control of supplied parts and material resources.
The purchaser ensures that goods and services from the suppliers are produced efficiently, and that the correct amount is supplied at the right cost and at the right level of quality.

基本职责：
Essential Functions:

Buying parts and material for the production at the preferred suppliers
Overseeing the production process at the supplier;
Issuing a production schedule for the supplier;
Ensuring that the supplier is having a cost effective production;and make suppliers evaluation;
Making sure that products purchased are produced on time and are of good quality;
Working out the material resources needed;
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring the production processes at the suppliers;
Adjusting schedules as needed towards the suppliers;
Monitoring product standards from the suppliers;
Implementing quality-control programmes;
Contact to the owner regarding supplier quality standards.

The purchaser is working closely together with the production manager and the general manager to implement the company’s policies and goals.

Together with the production manager and general manager the purchase is also involved in purchasing machines and equipment for the production.

Together with the general manager the purchaser is also involved in purchasingtransportation agreements and establishing and filling out freightdocuments etc.

监督供应商的生产。
给供应商制定一个生产计划。
确保供应商是一个具有成本效益的生产,并对其作评估。
确保购买的产品所生产时间和质量都很好。

估算成本和制定质量标准。

监控供应商的产品标准。
实施质量控制方案。
了解到业主对于供应商的质量标准。
采购与生产部经理紧密合作，总经理执行公司的政策和目标。
连同生产经理和总经理/采购也参与机器的采购和设备进行生产。
总经理与卖方一起参与管理采购部件、办公设备等方面。
采购须与总经理一起参与货运协议和运输等相关文件的制订。


其他职责：
Other Functions:
Preparing the purchase budget by breaking down into its essential elements;
Bearing the responsibility for most of financial negotiations, such as for parts, material resources and equipment procurement and costs;
Preparing and issuing framework agreements and purchase agreements;
Controlling of invoices and handing over to the general manager;

准备采购预算和分解成它的重要元素。
承担金融谈判的大部分责任，如零件，物力和设备的采购和成本。
准备和发型框架协议和购买协议。
验证发票并交由总经理。

Relevant experience
English skills
Experience with spring production;
Experience related to springs
