Responsibilities:
The Local IT Infrastructure Coordinator role is local for one or more regional sites. In their respective area of expertise the Local IT Infrastructure Coordinator will perform support such as:
1.Site support - coordinate and perform IT related support to sites, with attention to endusers (demand) and service desks of AkzoNobel and/or third parties (supply), including reporting, escalations and end-user communication
2.Service management of local IT operations for one or more regional sites
3.Local/sites application management and support, including license management
4.Maintaining required level of IT Security and IT Continuity, aligned with AkzoNobel policies
5.Involvement in budget process and cost follow up for multi BU's in Shanghai region
6.Asset management, life cycle management of IT Infrastructure
7.The Local IT Infrastructure Coordinator reports to the Regional Infrastructure Manager, APAC
Requirements:
1.At least >4 years relevant work experience in technical infrastructure expertise functions
2.Cross BA/BU experience
3.At least >3 years relevant work experience in IT projects and project management
4.Broad general experience in IT
5.English as an intermediate level
6.Customer Focus, Drive for Result, Value Various Perspectives, Build Strong Relationships, Ownership
