职位描述
Job responsibility:
Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)
Receptionist Part:
- Greets customers;
- Oversees reception and meeting room areas;
- Answers telephone and provides assistances;
- Mails and receives files or goods for all departments;
Administrative Part:
- Printing employees' business card;
- Translates, edits, prints and copies necessary files for all departments;
- Makes travel arrangements including hotel booking, plane ticket, maintains bus, train, ship, etc schedules;
- Maintains office supply inventories and information, stationery purchasing;
- Prepares and supports meeting room activities (refreshments, copies, etc.);
- Manage office products, equipment and sanitation;
- Follow up the office daily cleaning;
- Follow up the APT daily cleaning and repair issue;
- Manage and record the office expense invoice to account department;
- Others assign by office manager.
HR Part:
- Assist on put the recruitment advertisement on campus, websites;
- Assist on screen candidate resume and give recommend to HR manager;
- Conducts/assists HR in candidate phone interviews;
- Arranges candidate HR face-to-face interview and files record of all interviews;
- Arrange all stuff including desk, phone, stationery, computer, email-box etc. before new employee start;
- Deal with the introduction procedure of new employee;
- Manage the staff soft copy file and hard copy file on time;
- Update the organization chart of Burton Asia;
- Organize the staff weekly activity such as snowboard, tennis, climbing etc.
- Communicate with staffs to build up the employment relationship;
- Assist on training course survey and training course searching;
- Liaise with FESCO for staffs file and visa apply;
- Manage the staff leave record and keep to update
- Others assign by HR manager.
Others: Work report required by HR&Office Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college/university or Associates degree from 2 or 4 year college
- At least 1 year experience with international company as a receptionist and/or Office & HR assistant, excellent fresh student who is interested in HR and Admin field can be considerate;
- Fluent in spoken English and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (beneficial)
- Computer application skills is necessary.
- Positive and personable attitude during work time, such as soft temper.
- Patient, Initiative, customer -orientation, adaptable and dependable, good communication. good learning ability ; active enough to report the problem and give the solutions ;
- Movement organization experience would be beneficial;
- Detail-orientation, Responsible and high work quality without frequent mistake is the must,
