Job Title: Purchase Specialist
Based at: Haizhu Guangzhou China
Responsible to: Purchase Manager
Responsibilities – General:
--Sourcing new products from different suppliers
--Enquiry and negotiate best price
--Familiar with internet operation including alibaba.com, global source.com
--Email replying from suppliers
--Familiar with computer and software skills
--Increase the products range and keep a good relationship with suppliers
--Handle all the problems related to the supplier or products
Qualification & Competency
--More than 2 years of experience in product sourcing is an advantage with attractive package (Furniture is priotiry)
--Fluent in Read/Written English (English Level 8 is preferable)
--Familiar with computer operation and online skills
--Familiar with excel and email
--Excellent communication skills -Fast leaner is preferable
--Team Spirit and Patience
--Positive Attitude
--Good Discipline and Listen to Instructions

o 与中国供货商议价、谈判及协商
o 熟练运用网上操作，对阿里巴巴，环球资源网熟识
o 及时回复供货商邮件
o 开拓产品范围及采购渠道,维护与中国供货商之间良好的合作关系
o 负责协调与中国供货商之间突发性事件
任职要求：
o 两年以上的产品采购及搜集工作经验 (家具家居产品优先考虑)
o 流利的英文写作及读写能力
o 优秀的计算机运用和网上操作
o 熟练运用EXCEL表格及EMAIL
o 做事细心及有良好的沟通技巧
o 有很强的学习和吸收能力
o 有团队意识及耐心
o 乐观积极的心态
