Responsibilities:

HR administration:

• Manage and update attendance record in attendance/access control system and well recorded.
• Prepare and distribute monthly attendance record to all line managers
• Maintain and update all leave records / where about charts for responsible locations
• ü Coordinate with FESCO on staffs' check in & out process and well prepared on company rules/forms to the related staffs.
• Well managed on personnel files.
• Manage the delivery of monthly medical claims to insurance company
• Organize the staff activities, such as monthly birthday party, sample sales, annual dinner, etc

Recruitment:

• Prepare the job description and post on internal & external website.
• Conduct CV screening and interview arrangement
• Conduct the reference check for all professional levels'staffs.

C&B:

• Prepare the raw data for monthly payroll
• Monitor monthly probation and contract renewal
• Support on C&B projects, such as social insurance adjustment, salary review, incentive etc

Miscellaneous:

• Expat related support, such as visa application, working permit, etc
• Provide support on ad hoc projects and requests

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
• At least three years HR Generalist experiences preferably in MNC / Representative Office environment
• Familiar with the relevant Labor Laws & Regulations, social insurance system and HR practices
• Hands-on experience in HRIS system will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good personality, easy to approach, willing to help and pay attention to details
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS office applications, such as Excel, Word Processing and Powerpoint
