Job description:

Following a training to acquire an understanding of the products, you will be responsible for:

§ Source qualified vendors for existing products + new products

§ Follow up all details including : samples tracking , production planning following ,communication with suppliers ,input data in quotation system

§ Handle price inquiries / checking the quality of samples in a timely manner

§ Analyze & Summarize the different suppliers and report to supervisor

§ Preventing problems at sampling & before the production stage

§ Assist to negotiate and problem solve with supervisor

§ Dealing samples with lab room and make sure all testing reports can be received on time .

§ Travels in china to visit factories and attend exhibitions

Requirements:

§ Good written and spoken English

§ Good knowledge of Microsoft pack office

§ Interest in hobby and craft products

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Application, especially in Excel software
• Knowledge of printing techniques or Kids game set or toy is a plus
