Position Summary:
Optimal packaging and logistics solution design with cost input for sales quotes and consequent actual spend tracking and reporting monthly, documentation management for both packaging team and outbound team, domestic transportation and 3rd party warehouse management, overall packaging management, etc.,. keep seeking for continuous improvement while balancing service enhancement VS cost reduction.

Key responsibilities:
Keep on updating department workflow, procedure, JD, documentation management to reflect timely updates;
Domestic transportation & 3rd party warehouse management;
Keeping on developing packaging strategies and adjusting and refining design principle & standard, keep seeking the packaging process development;
Optimizing packaging and logistics solution design as well as seeking opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improving projects;
Ensure timely carrying out of the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans;
Collect and share, from packaging and outbound logistics team, the lessons learned and share timely across China;
Coordinate and support all the projects led by team of GA & Logistics, or related to the team, in terms of packaging and outbound logistics;
Suppliers & service providers management;
Management reports for all the BU s, preparation and reporting, monthly and quarterly;
Coach, motivate, and develop the team members; build up the competence in the team

Import process, processing trade, duty free, and other government preferential and incentive programs management. Strong experience and skills on H. S. Classification

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above.
At least 5-10 years working experience in packaging and logistics area and experienced in manufacturing industry.
High engagement and dedication to all the tasks, projects, with highly reliable commitments to timely, qualified results.
Good English command
Good at Excel, Word, Powerpoint, pro-e, solidworks, UG, etc.
