Responsible for customer service and garment flow. Follows H&M procedures according to H&M standards and values.

Responsibilities
*Customers
Provides direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point.
*Garments
Works with garments according to H&M procedures.
Has knowledge about products and sales activities.
*Procedures
Follows and executes safety, security and administration procedures in the stock room, back office and service areas

*Open minded & willing to learn
*Coping with a high work load
*Drive & initiative
