Responsibility:

1. Assist the Air & Ocean Manager to monitor and guide daily operation to make sure the daily work is completed timely and accurately
协助海空运经理监督日常工作，以确保及时并正确完成
2. Proactive communication with customers and other related parties
积极主动与客户联系，维护关系
3. Ensure excellent service, proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims
提供优质的服务，积极主动的工作以减少风险和潜在索赔
4. Training OP/CS team provide qualified service and maintain the quality
培训操作和客服团队提供合格且有质量的服务
5. Ensure staff rotation and variation in work in order to ensure development of skills, and ensure on-going feedback and coaching of staff
确保员工在工作中的能力发展并持续指导员工
6. Procurement in the local market, ensure the on time quotation to overseas office or agent.
完成在当地市场的采购工作，及时回复海外询价
7. To Ensures timely receipt of Accounts Receivables
确保及时收到应收账款
8. Responsible for the other works assigned by Air & Ocean Manager
完成领导布置的其他工作

Requirement:

1. College degree or above, Logistics professionals are preferred
大专及以上学历, 物流专业优先
2. More than 5 years' related experience in Logistics/Forwarding companies, more than 2 years management experience in logistic companies
在物流及货代公司5年以上相关经验，2年以上管理岗位经验
3.CET4 or above, Proficiency in computer operation
英语4级及以上, 熟练操作电脑
4. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
5. Good initiative& team work, can work under pressure
积极主动，有团队合作精神，能承受一定工作压力
6. Better relationship with carriers, customs and the related authorities
保持与运营商，海关和相关部门的关系
