目的
产品修复部员工按照宜家既定的产品修复流程及质量问题流程处理商场内损坏的货物。这样，宜家会成为当地社会低成本运营并且维护环境好的典范。
要求
通过在决策室，装配间及处理商品销售区执行既定的产品修复流程及质量问题流程，产品修复部员工从损坏的商品中为商场获取更多的利润。
主要职责
决策室
? 确认所有顾客退货从退换处收回。
? 决策处理进入商品修复部的每一件产品。
? 将可再次销售商品返回到仓库，对不可返仓商品执行修复流程。

装配间
? 组装家具，并检查其安全性，组装好的家具要能实现其设计用途。
? 维护部件库及五金件仓库。
? 分类垃圾（纸板，金属，玻璃，生活垃圾）。
? 重新包装产品并返回仓库。

处理商品区。
? 确保处理商品区顾客的人身安全。
? 依照各自的权限对产品进行定价。
? 保持处理商品区干净整洁并且最大化利用此处的销售空间。
? 帮助并指导顾客购物。

质量问题
? 接收商品质量问题信息并进行质量问题商品进行调查。
? 判定并报告质量问题信息。
? 按照既定质量问题流程对质量问题商品采取行动。

废弃物处理
? 协调整个商场废弃物的分类收集。
? 报告并跟踪废弃物处理。
? 监督供应商的表现。

Purpose
Recovery co-worker in the store executes the IKEA recovery & quality processes to recycle the damaged goods. By achieving this IKEA store is a good environmental example in the local community where we operate and presenting IKEA as a low cost company.
Mandate
The Recovery co-worker executes the recovery & quality process in the recovery room, building room and AS IS area in order to recover the most from those damaged goods to contribute the store profitability.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Recovery Room:
? To confirmation of products coming into the Recovery room
? To take decision of what to do for each single products
? To back to stock or further recovery process

Building Room:
? To build furniture with safety inspection and must represent original design intentions of the product.
? To maintain spare parts & Hardware library
? To sort for the recycle centre: cardboard, metal, glass, waste
? To repack goods for back to stock

AS IS ( Bargain corner):
? To responsible the safety for the customer
? To price the products according to the authorisation
? To keep the AS IS area clean & tidy and hold 100% capacity of the sales floor
? To assist the customer for sale

Quality:
? To receive the quality information & quality investigation
? To make decision and report quality
? To take action according to the instruction & decision

Waste handling:
? To coordinator the whole store waste sorting
? To report & follow up the waste handling
? To monitor the supplier performance
