International company Searching for a multitalented person who can work in three positions . HR , Desk manager and Shipping operator .

1、出口业务相关的工作，箱单发票的制作，及时提供报关所需资料给货代公司，文件的归档整理。

Export work. 

To prepare for PL/INV for Customs declaration. 

To coordinate with forwarder, ensure that shipping won't be delayed.

2、负责人事招聘发布、外国人工作证办理、员工居住证积分办理、劳动合同签订、协调与外服相关工作。

HR work. 

Publish recruitment ads,

Renew the labor contract with employees.

Renew foreigner's work permit and visa.

Renew employee residence permit points.

To coordinate with FESCO for any issue.

3、公司前台总机电话的接听，来访人员的接待，快递的签收等。

Reception work

To answer the phone at the front desk.

To receive visitors.

4、总经理助理事宜，订票，协调与总部或者供应商的沟通，做好上传下达等工作。

GM assistant,

To book flight/ticket for GM trip.

Coordinate with Headquarter office or vendors.

Could work under pressure.

任职资格：

Requirement

1、3-5年工作经验。

3-5 years' experience.

2、能读写英文邮件。

Good spoken and written in English

3、掌握office办公软件，如Word、Excel等。

Be good at Excel and Work

4、懂待人处事礼仪，善于学习。

Be integrity and learn fast.
