The job position base in Guangzhou.

Job Descriptions:

Main goal is follow up orders and control supplier payment.

(1) Check invoice with PO 

(2) Prepare for supplier payment report before payment was released. 

(3) Make daily journal booking.  

(4) Check and reimburse to staffs for sample buying and production of accessories online purchasing after approval. 

(5) Make bank reconciliation, check the supplier payment amount with bank slip. 

Job Requirements:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in accounting)

2. Years of Experience: at least 3 years experiences in Buying/Trading company. 

3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

5. Factory background is preferred
