Job Description:

·Review drawing and understanding the drawing and customer requirement clearly.
·Conduct discussion with team and production technician for technical issues.
·Approve drawing and come out the control specification, issue drawing to production after
approving.
·Communicate with Sales or customer then develop competitive solutions.
·Design validation with IST programmes;
·Process capability evaluation,
·Trouble shooting and technical proposal for production when production have problems,
·Surface treatment solution to customer as requirements
·Responsible for new product mechanical part design and process develop;
·To issue quotations accurately and on time accordingly;
·Have close communication with purchasing staff or assembly groups to insure optimal design manufacturing ability;
·Other tasks assigned by Technical Manager.


Basic Requirements:

·College graduated or above,Mechanical Engineering or related speciality;
·Be fluent in both written and spoken English, especially oral English capacity;
·Familiarity with mechanical designs,Skill in Microsoft Office,AutoCAD and other related computer applications;
·Technical experience within automotive mechanical industry will be an added advantage;
·Enthusiasm and commitment towards continuous improvement, as well as team spirit,honesty and integrity,strong problem solving skills.
