工作内容：

1、负责线上、线下客户的房产信息维护、接待、咨询，打造个人的专业品牌；

2、识别客户需求，提供优质的看房体验，房价的谈判与撮合、促成买卖双方交易达成，协助办理房产过户、按揭、抵押及交付工作等；

3、负责业务的跟进、客户信息与关系的维护等。

职位要求：

1、20—40周岁，高中以上学历；

2、个性开朗，有上进心、团队精神，热爱销售工作，勇于挑战高薪；

3、具备良好的沟通表达能力 具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
