Duties & responsibilities:
1.Maintain the order of DMG Shanghai showroom，layout and maintain the machine tool in the exhibition room. Improve the management processing and coordinate the logistic of the machine tool.
负责德马吉上海展厅的日常秩序维持、展厅机床的布置和日常护理，完善展厅管理流程，协助展厅机床的进出
2.Receive the customers. Make the recorder for visiting volume and activity volume of every machine tool and update the record into the company’s PPR system.
负责接待参观展厅的客户，对每台机床的访问量和活动量进行记录并定期更新至公司PPR系统
3.Responsible for sample identification, transportation and foreign supplier management
负责展会期间样件的确认、运输及国外供应商管理
4.Maintain good platform with foreign suppliers, keep exhibitors and sample information, seek support from supplier of Events
保持与国外供应商的沟通平台，及时了解公司的参展信息及相关样件信息，寻求国外供应商对展会活动的支持
5.Management of warehouse of technology department and improve the management processing
负责技术部仓库的管理，完善仓库管理流程
6.Other work assigned by supervisor
上级安排的其它任务

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree above, major in Machinery related
机械相关专业本科以上学历
2.3-5 years relevant working experience
3-5年相关工作经历
3.Good learning skill and team spirit
学习能力强，富于团队精神
4.Familiar with stock management, transportation issues.
熟悉仓储管理和货运流程
5.Strong communication coordination skills capacity and problem solving skills
具备较强的沟通谈判能力、协调管理能力、解决问题能力
6.Good English verbal and written communication skills
有良好英语能力
7.Computer proficiency in MS applications and AutoCAD
熟练使用MS Office系列软件和AutoCAD
8.Ability to work under pressure / multi-task – oriented

9.Frequently travel within China
适应经常出差
