Job responsibilities :
1) Push doc from vendor's after loaded
2) Submit SI to forwarder agent
3) Calculate local charges deduction proportional per container
4) Upload the signed document in system
5) Assist the related depatment head for documentary work (such as LC / Debit note & Credit note, etc.)
6) Send TT copy to vendors once paid 7) Push BL from vendors after paid Academic / Professional Qualifications

Requirements:
1) Diploma holder or above degree request.
2) Minimum 1 year's relevant experience, prior experience in trading or shipping company is an added advantage. Skills,

Knowledge & Abilities:
1) Good communication skills and negotiation skills with suppliers and forwarders
2) Effective oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
3) Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel)
